Peter was both a director of the Fertiliser Industry Federation of Australia (1997 – 2010) and Chairman (2003 – 2007).
Peter obtained a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Chemistry from University of Western Australia, a Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Chemical) from WAIT (now Curtin) and is a Graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course.
Peter is founder and Managing Director of private company Agri-Access Australia Pty Ltd (2012 – present), was Chairman and a director of AACL Holdings Ltd (2009 – 2012), Chief Executive Officer of Sumitomo Group company Summit Fertilizers (1992 - 2010) and Chairman & Managing Director of Summit Rural (WA) Pty Ltd (2005 – 2010). He held various management positions with Wesfarmers CSBP Ltd (1980 – 1992)

Mr Connelly is a Chartered Professional Engineer with more than 28 years of experience.
He has extensive experience in the gold, copper, lead, zinc, uranium and iron ore industries with particular emphasis on gold. Experience has been gained in plant operations feasibility studies, detailed design, construction and commissioning, and all unit operations. He is an internationally recognised specialist in Mineral Processing having worked in North and South America, South East Asia, Africa and Europe. Mr Connelly has worked as a Consultant Metallurgist for mining, banking and engineering companies has provided a broad range of experience in many varied and some unusual situations. He is the Principal Engineer of METS Engineering and oversees a staff of 60 Engineers. He has authored and presented over 90 technical papers.
Mr Connelly holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Adelaide University and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM) and a Fellow of Engineers Australia (FIEAust).
Mr Haydon is a Chartered Professional Engineer with more than 35 years of experience.
His specialties include: Research & Development, Machine Design and Engineering Management associated with vehicle, mechanical, agricultural, materials handling, railway and general engineering applications.
Mr Haydon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mechanical Eng.), Western Australian Institute of Technology, Perth, WA and a Graduate Diploma in Business & Administration, Curtin University, Perth, WA.
